Operate and control car park services ensuring operational requirements are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage car park transport labour costs and operating expenses.
- Oversee attendants to adhere to cash handling procedures and record transactions in the MICROS system.
- Issue monthly invoices to corporate parking accounts.
- Monitor and record accurate car park occupancy figures via the Car Parking System.
- Program and validate car park vouchers and access cards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years supervisory experience within a five/four-star hotel or similar establishment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy in Hotel Property Management/Generic Office Systems.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
