Customer Experience Leader

We are on the hunt for a fun, energetic and experienced Customer Experience Leader to bring their expertise and skill to our team.

This is not just a customer service role, it's the heart of our mission to bridge the gap between nature and community. You will play a vital role in leading your team in creating the first impression for our customers by creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, where customers are encouraged to walk on the wild side.

You act as an ambassador of our unique adventure park, in which your role requires a positive & vibrant energy to exceed customer expectations on service, engagement and education, maintain high level of aesthetic appeal across the retail and front-of-house areas, ensuring the enjoyment and satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Resource management, customer service, bookings and ticketing processing, education of park's adventures, maintenance of the visual appeal and cleanliness of the reception area, management, monitoring and replenishment of retail offerings.
  • Undertake departmental open and close procedures, revenue reporting, analyse feedback.
  • Regular inspections & audits of work areas to identify & remedy potential safety hazards or issues.
  • Staff management, supervision, training, developing, and rostering.
  • Physically Fit
  • Current Tetanus vaccination
  • Current Advanced First Aid certificate
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Standard advantageous)
  • Certificate II or III in Tourism or equivalent is advantageous
  • An understanding of exposure and working in outdoor environments
  • Computer confidence and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Own vehicle

Some areas of the park can be challenging at times, including varied weather conditions, so this position is best suited to an individual comfortable working outdoors and maintaining their physical fitness.
