Senior Healthcare Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Leader to lead our multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing resources, and fostering a positive work environment that supports staff development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate nursing and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity, quality, and safety in patient care delivery.
  • Drive improvements in models of care, championing person and family-centred approaches aligned with best practice and evidence-based standards.
  • Manage resources effectively including staffing, rostering, and budgets, while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and creating learning opportunities to build team capability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing healthcare teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
