Leadership Role in Oncology Nursing

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for leadership. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses to meet the strategy, vision, and values of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies
  • Lead clinical service planning and management
  • Provide advanced oncology nursing knowledge and skills

The successful applicant will have:

  • Registration as a nurse with the relevant authority
  • Clinical experience as a nurse, with at least 3 years in medical oncology
  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge and ability to apply relevant legislation, guidelines, and standards
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy for patients and their carers
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Radiation oncology nursing experience
  • Post-graduate qualifications or experience in acute care, management, or healthcare administration
  • Experience in leading a team and managing people effectively to achieve goals
