Event Marketing Coordinator

We seek a skilled professional to develop and execute event marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence.

This role plays a key part in planning, coordinating events, managing logistics, supplier liaison, and on-site execution. You will also support promotional initiatives to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate events such as sales launches, expos, and community activations
  • Manage logistics, supplier liaison, and on-site execution
  • Support promotional strategies to drive lead generation and brand visibility
  • Coordinate marketing materials and digital campaigns across our village portfolio
  • Contribute to market research, campaign reporting, and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

  • Experience in campaign coordination, event delivery, and content production
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Tertiary qualified in marketing, communications or equivalent experience
