Event Marketing Coordinator Role

The Event Marketing Specialist will coordinate and support the activation program of panels and networking events across a three-day period.

This role requires an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, is collaborative, and able to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event logistics and activations with internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with government agencies and steering committees
  • Ensure accurate speaker briefings, event details, and panel descriptions
  • Manage event communications and drive attendance
  • Collaborate with design and media teams on branding and logos
  • Write and review promotional content for event collateral
Required Skills:
  • Experience in event or project coordination or trade marketing/event roles
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and flexible hours
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM software
