Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Turf Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing turf areas to ensure they remain lush, healthy, and resilient.
Responsibilities:- Maintain and enhance turf surfaces through regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, aerating, and topdressing.
- Monitor turf health and proactively address issues such as pests, diseases, and compaction.
- Implement sustainable turf management practices, including water conservation strategies and pest management techniques.
- Operate and maintain specialized turf equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with the landscaping team to coordinate maintenance schedules and deliver exceptional results.
- Certificate III in Sports Turf Management
- Previous experience in turf management or a related field
- Knowledge of turfgrass species, growth habits, and maintenance requirements
- Familiarity with turf care equipment and machinery
