Transformation Specialist

About the Opportunity

Busways is seeking a skilled and motivated Transformation Specialist to join our team in Region 7 depots (Ryde and Willoughby). This role involves driving change through effective training and assessment of employees, focusing on classroom instruction, driving skills, and potential employee assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining constructive relationships with management and staff">
• Assessing and coaching new and existing employees in on-road driving skills, customer service, workplace safety, and ticket machine usage">
• Facilitating interactive group training by creating a positive learning environment">
• Conducting technical training in on-road driving skills, vehicle, and route familiarisation with positive outcomes for learners">
• Carrying out coaching sessions and refresher training in technical driving skills">
• Maintaining currency of knowledge on policies, procedures, and legal requirements while adopting best practices">
• Managing your daily schedule to ensure all training activities and assessments are completed">
• Researching and utilising new learning content, methods, and materials for training">
• Working autonomously and within a team environment to achieve KPIs and excellent training outcomes">

Requirements:

• ">
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain">
• Current NSW Drivers' Authority or willingness to obtain">
• Current HR-class Driver's Licence">
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite">
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills">
• Able to learn and understand material quickly to facilitate training sessions">
• Demonstrated ability to engage learner groups using interactive techniques">
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment">
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency">

Preferred Qualifications:

• ">
• Current RMS Driver Instructor accreditation for MR class or higher">
• Willingness to travel between Busways' existing depots within NSW and SA">

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as great employee benefits, including Fitness Passport, an Employee Assistance Program, and career development opportunities.
