This is a senior leadership role that reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager – Portables. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results. Your key objectives include:

  • Improving safety performance by implementing required improvements from the front.
  • Driving lead indicators and active participation rates to enhance safe behaviour and risk awareness among your team members.

You will work closely with our sales team to ensure alignment and mutual respect. Your remuneration package includes an estimated salary of $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team to achieve set targets for revenue, cost, profit before tax (PBT), and customer service. You will develop strategies for potential network improvement and focus on supply chain optimisation.

You will run a tight ship in regard to key performance indicators (KPIs), with particular focus on labour cost, maintenance efficiencies, and transport cost across the branch.
