Your Role and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Child Wellbeing Specialist to join our team. This position is vital in reinforcing our child-safe culture by offering support, coaching, and mentorship to center directors regarding safeguarding practices. The specialist will also collaborate directly with educators to enhance their understanding and capacity concerning child protection and wellbeing.

Qualifications and Skills Required
- A relevant tertiary qualification

- Understanding of Child Safe Organisation principles and the child protection framework in NSW
- Valid clearance for paid work, including a Working with Children Check (WWCC)
