As an Organizational Capability Consultant, reporting to the Group Manager of Talent Development, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to customize solutions that align with the Organizational Capability strategy for the business.

This position focuses on fostering a culture of internal growth and achievement across the organization by leveraging your proactive approach to develop and manage capability frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing the People strategy by participating in a focused team to implement essential remediation projects. Collaboratively design competency frameworks that outline the skills, behaviors, and knowledge necessary for diverse functions throughout the organization. Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint strengths and areas needing improvement across various departments and organizational levels. Work in partnership with internal divisions to deliver capability solutions. Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to employees, facilitating their capability enhancement and career advancement. Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the success of talent development initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in organizational development roles, with direct involvement in creating capability frameworks and assessments, and/or participation in leadership development. Strong analytical skills to tailor advice and solutions, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration, coaching, and facilitation. Familiarity with data analytics and utilizing metrics to inform decision-making.

Ideally, you will be adept at showcasing your professional portfolio through projects and organizational development frameworks you have contributed to. You are a dynamic and solutions-oriented Organizational Capability Consultant with experience in cultivating a high-performing workforce that drives organizational success.

Your role will be crucial in shaping the success of our culture and capability at Echo.
