About the Role
The Security Officer is primarily responsible for providing a security presence while remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe activities associated with asset protection
- Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems
- Provide first aid and liaise with Police & Emergency Response Services
- Review camera footage and write reports
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the premises
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Open driver's license
- Customer service experience
- Experience in monitoring a CCTV network
