About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for liaising with customers to provide outstanding customer service and maximise the timely recovery of debts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries or more complex customer needs through a variety of communication channels.
  • Apply knowledge and judgment in order to effectively resolve complex enquiries.
  • Engage with a network of internal and external stakeholders, taking ownership through to resolution.
  • Set clear payment terms with customers and ensure that they understand the consequences of not paying on time.
  • Inbound and Outbound Credit calls to get cash and promises to pay off delinquent accounts.
  • Supporting other credit activities as required.
About You

We are looking for a driven and eager individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. No financial experience is required, and applicants from all backgrounds and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
