Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Specialist to join our team at Wall Street. As a key member of our Recovery & Customer Care team, you will be responsible for liaising with customers to provide outstanding customer service and maximise the timely recovery of debts.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries or complex customer needs through various communication channels.
- Apply knowledge and judgment to effectively resolve complex enquiries, accurately identifying and resolving customer enquiries according to standard procedures and business requirements.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, taking ownership through to resolution, and effectively communicating with customers.
- Set clear payment terms with customers and ensure they understand the consequences of not paying on time.
- Make inbound and outbound credit calls to recover delinquent accounts.
- Support other credit activities as required.
- Ensure Bizcap's reputation is well managed through the delivery of the customer experience.
- Driven and eager to learn.
- Customer service experience in any industry.
- Out-of-the-box thinker.
- Team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- No financial experience required; applicants from all backgrounds and entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
