Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Recovery Specialist to join our fast-paced Recovery & Customer Care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with customers to provide outstanding customer service and maximise the timely recovery of debts.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complex customer needs through various communication channels.
- Apply knowledge and judgment to effectively resolve customer enquiries, ensuring accurate identification and resolution of customer needs.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to take ownership of customer issues and communicate effectively with customers.
- Set clear payment terms with customers and ensure they understand the consequences of non-payment.
- Make inbound and outbound credit calls to recover delinquent accounts.
- Support other credit activities as required.
- Ensure Bizcap's reputation is well managed through the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
- Driven and eager to learn, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Customer service experience in any industry, with a focus on resolving complex customer needs.
- Out-of-the-box thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
- No financial experience required, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge in this area.
