Training Program Coordinator

Job Summary
MyneSight is seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to oversee the delivery of comprehensive training programs for mine site personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and implementing training initiatives that improve operational safety, compliance with regulations, and skill development for employees and contractors on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and coordinate training programs within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Implement training programs tailored to the needs of the mine site, including safety, equipment operation, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage onsite trainers and assessors to ensure they facilitate on-site training sessions for new employees, refresher courses, and skill development.
- Maintain detailed training records and ensure all employees are up-to-date with mandatory certifications and competency requirements.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through performance evaluations, feedback, and incident reporting analysis.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in mining and training.
- Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience with training management, record keeping, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in prioritizing and managing concurrent tasks.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook as a minimum.
