Global Uniform Coordinator

Job Description:

The Global Uniform Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management and operational delivery of the uniform program. This includes seamless vendor engagement, accurate stock monitoring, financial reconciliation, and efficient handling of parent inquiries.

The role also involves managing uniform-related communications, supporting the parent uniform subsidy program, and preparing regular financial and uniform performance reports.

In addition, the Global Uniform Coordinator will monitor website performance and act as the central point of contact for website change requests, coordinating with vendors as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Vendor and Supply Chain Management: Experience in managing external suppliers and stock tracking is essential.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to reconcile accounts, manage subsidies, and produce accurate financial reports is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach are required.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve parent queries and operational issues efficiently is necessary.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, online ordering platforms, and inventory management systems is preferred.
  • Website and Systems Management: Familiarity with e-commerce or ordering platforms, including website performance monitoring is desirable.
