We are seeking a dedicated professional to assume the role of Assistant Manager, with responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Laundry/Uniform Department.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be capable of effectively managing and assisting the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining high standards within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Laundry/Uniform Department with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Implement strategies to improve team performance and morale
  • Maintain effective communication with the Executive Housekeeper and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in Laundry/Uniform or similar role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and administrative computer skills
  • Experience in Laundry operations is desirable
  • Must hold an unrestricted working Visa for Australia
