Global Uniform Coordinator

As a key member in the management and operational delivery of the OneSchool uniform program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless vendor engagement and accurate stock monitoring.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the uniform program, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and accurately tracking inventory levels.
  • Coordinate financial reconciliation, handle parent inquiries, and support the uniform subsidy program.
  • Prepare regular financial and uniform performance reports, monitor website performance, and serve as the central point of contact for website change requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Vendor Management: Experience managing external suppliers and stock tracking systems.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to reconcile accounts, manage subsidies, and produce accurate financial reports.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve parent queries and operational issues efficiently.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, online ordering platforms, and inventory management software.
  • Website and Systems Management: Familiarity with e-commerce or ordering platforms, including website performance monitoring.
