Director/Hospital Superintendent Opportunity in East Maitland

Seven Animal Health is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Veterinarian to lead their team as Director/Hospital Superintendent at their state-of-the-art practice in East Maitland, NSW.

About the Role

This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate leader to oversee a small yet dynamic team of Veterinary Professionals. As Director/Hospital Superintendent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the highest standards of patient care and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of clinical operations, including mentoring and training of Veterinary Professionals
  • Assistance with operational and superintendent duties to maintain a smooth-running practice
  • Collaboration with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional client experiences
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of experience in a senior or leadership role within a veterinary setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
