We are seeking a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team in Sydney.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out professional quality service repairs directly to customers at their residence or in the workshop.
This role will also involve developing and maintaining superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:- Repair and fully test the operation of appliances ensuring full customer satisfaction
- Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory
- Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- A strong electrical background with a license or restricted electrical workers license (disconnect & reconnect appliances) preferred
- Excellent communication and PC skills
- Ability to provide premium customer service
- Self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
