  • Address and resolve client concerns professionally

  • Ensure adherence to OH&S policies and procedures, and participate in required training

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in field service or a workshop environment
  • Hold a valid Electrician qualification or be an Electrical Apprentice
  • Possess a current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Exhibit strong communication and customer service skills
