Excellent Customer Service Representative Wanted

In this key position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our customers' vehicles are in our care for service, and it's your responsibility to ensure their needs are met with the utmost professionalism.
Your focus will be on managing the customer's journey, providing updates on expected completion times, and communicating effectively with leasing companies for purchase order numbers.
We're looking for someone who is not only customer-centric but also possesses excellent problem-solving skills, is a team player, and has basic mechanical knowledge of trucks or cars. Era Net knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.
