Representative of Excellent Customer Service

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients and passengers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service and assist passengers with their queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure a safe environment and demonstrate a clear understanding of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Welcome passengers warmly as they arrive at the terminal counter.
- Verify information on tickets with passenger data to ensure accuracy.
- Check bookings and issue boarding passes efficiently.
- Educate passengers about airport security protocols and luggage allowances.
- Direct passengers safely to the correct gate for their flight.
- Represent the airline to the highest standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operate equipment safely and securely.
- Perform Boarding Gate duties, including public announcements, as required.
- Complete Passenger Marshalling duties, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Action administrative tasks effectively.
- Multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Work well in a fast-paced team environment.
**Requirements:**
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform duties at a high standard of customer service.
- A valid driver's license.
- Experience in the Aviation/Airline industry is desirable.
- A valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) is desirable.
- Relevant Airline-specific training modules and courses.
- Caring approach to dealing with people.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Health and Safety Training.
- Manual Handling procedures.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in report writing, in plain English.
- Intermediate skills for Microsoft Office Suite.
