Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team in a customer-facing role. This is a casual position that requires flexibility to work across various shifts and days, including weekends.

About the Role:

  • This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess excellent communication skills.
  • You will be required to use your initiative to resolve customer queries and concerns, often thinking creatively to find solutions.
  • Flexibility is key in this role, as you will be expected to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • While previous retail experience is highly regarded, it is not essential for this role. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
