Excellent Customer Service Representative Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of older people.
About the Role
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring employee, resident, prospective resident, and family confidentiality, and assisting with rostering staff using TimeTarget software. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service, high level of computer literacy with aged care software and MS Office, and excellent communication, problem identification and resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers, greet and assist visitors
- Demonstrate a customer focus to both internal and external customers.
- Ensure employee, resident, prospective resident, and family confidentiality.
- Ensure the correct storage and archiving of records
- Answer all incoming calls, responding to inquiries as necessary
- Assistance with rostering staff using TimeTarget software
- Recruitment and HR administration assistance
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, a warm uplifting personality that can communicate and relate to older people, and excellent personal presentation.
