This role requires a strong understanding of our car buying services, including the process, pricing, and available options. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone calls from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to our car buying services, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and services to ensure seamless interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve a smooth customer experience from initial contact to final purchase.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, a friendly phone demeanor, and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of cars, automotive terminology, and the car buying process.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and managing customer interactions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
