Job Title: Assessment Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as an Assessment Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of assessors and driving performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of up to 14 assessors, fostering a positive team culture and promoting leadership development.
  • Oversee assessment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and implementing strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on leading-edge repair methods and technical knowledge of motor vehicle assessment.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience leading a team of assessors in the insurance industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Passion for leadership and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
