About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Assessment Officer to join our Asset Inspection Support team in Beaconsfield. As an Asset Assessment Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient execution of asset assessment and packaging programs, while maintaining accurate and effective work prioritization and assignment in line with our current Maintenance Policy and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute asset assessment and packaging programs to meet the Bushfire Mitigation & Maintenance Index
  • Apply all Aus Net Services Safety Policies and Safe Work Practices to guarantee a safe working environment
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to internal and external stakeholders on Asset Assessment Policy and Works program
  • Maintain data integrity in SAP and various Works & Asset Systems concerning asset assessments
  • Conduct regular audits on completed assessment packs and provide constructive feedback on discrepancies
  • Manage the performance and development of team members as directed by the Group Leader
  • Respond promptly to urgent requirements, special projects, or changes in business strategic directions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in asset assessment, works packaging, and network maintenance
  • In-depth knowledge of Asset Assessment Policy and current Maintenance Policy and Strategy
  • Desired familiarity with SAP and various Works & Asset Systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and prioritize work efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety policies and practices
