The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the implementation of assessment-related changes and projects in education. This role involves working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to develop, deliver, and operationalize assessment activities, ensuring a smooth transition of clinical assessments into the workplace-based training and assessment environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement assessment-related projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Manage and coordinate assessment activities to ensure timely and successful implementation
  • Provide analytical and research support to inform assessment development and implementation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in innovative and strategic project management and/or program development in educational settings
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with well-developed analytical and research skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in education and/or an equivalent combination of education/training and development, and/or assessment experience in post-graduate education
  • Experience in Competency-Based Model Education (CBME) in education settings, such as curriculum design, assessment methods, and post-graduate medical education
