Asset Assessment Officer

AusNet Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Asset Assessment Officer to join our Asset Inspection Support team. As an Asset Assessment Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient execution of asset assessment and packaging programs, while maintaining data integrity and providing expert guidance to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute asset assessment and packaging programs to meet the Bushfire Mitigation & Maintenance Index, ensuring accurate and effective work prioritization and assignment.
  • Apply all AusNet Services Safety Policies and Safe Work Practices to guarantee a safe working environment.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to internal and external stakeholders on Asset Assessment Policy and Works program.
  • Maintain data integrity in SAP and various Works & Asset Systems concerning asset assessments.
  • Conduct regular audits on completed assessment packs and provide constructive feedback on discrepancies.
  • Manage the performance and development of team members as directed by the Group Leader.
  • Respond promptly to urgent requirements, special projects, or changes in business strategic directions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in asset assessment, works packaging, and network maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Asset Assessment Policy and current Maintenance Policy and Strategy.
  • Desirable familiarity with SAP and various Works & Asset Systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
