Business Development Manager: Foodservice Industry

The ideal candidate will drive business growth across various industries by building long-lasting relationships with current accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

This role involves engaging with state-based distributor branches, pulling through from end users, and collaborating with the National Business Manager to execute the national strategy across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture key relationships across Out of Home accounts
  • Provide regular reporting, forecasts, and business opportunity reports to the NBM
  • Pursue new business opportunities in Restaurants, Pubs, Clubs, Catering, Aged Care, Hotels, QSR, and Institutions
  • Work closely with Distributors to train sales reps on products
  • Mentor and guide Account Managers within the state

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in foodservice account management and/or business development roles
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience working with customers to develop menus would be advantageous
  • High motivation and a can-do attitude
  • Customer-centric approach
