Are you a sales professional with a passion for food, a drive to win, and the ability to build strong customer relationships? We are looking for a Foodservice National Account Manager who thrives on identifying opportunities, securing new business, and developing long-term partnerships.
About the Role
As the Foodservice National Account Manager, you will focus on driving new business while managing and growing existing accounts. You will work with foodservice customers including distributors, contract caterers, QSR, HoReCa, and healthcare providers. Success will come from opening doors, expanding our footprint, negotiating with confidence, and delivering tailored solutions that add value to customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Grow sales across an existing portfolio of customers.
• Build strong, long-term customer partnerships with a focus on value creation.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations to deliver customer solutions.
• Achieve sales and profit targets contributing to overall business performance.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to support strategy.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations.
About You
• 5+ years' experience in Foodservice FMCG sales with exposure to national distributors and major end-user accounts.
• Proven sales hunter mindset with a track record of securing new business and driving growth.
• Confident negotiator with strong communication skills.
• Commercially sharp, able to identify opportunities others miss.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Organised and agile, able to manage multiple priorities at pace.
• Passionate about food and success in a competitive industry.
