The successful candidate will report to the Head of Quality Engineering and be responsible for planning, managing, communicating, and executing the implementation activities required to coordinate and support the go-live phases of technology product builds.

A few key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with Product and Project team members to capture all detailed required tasks that will support go-live activities
  • Acting with integrity and conviction to achieve strategic objectives assigned to Release management function
  • Planning and facilitating implementation activities across the SDLC
  • Managing and communicating the impact of environment refreshes, release schedules, release status, release scope, and escalating key issues and risks where appropriate
