- Deliver internal technical sessions to our Customer Success Managers to help them improve technology adoption at scale through training and building adoption playbooks.
- Work closely with our Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- 4+ years of experience in similar customer-facing positions, such as Sales Engineer.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and messaging for various audiences, including technical, management, and executive levels.
- Strong understanding of cloud security technologies and ability to translate technical adoption gaps to clear actions for the customer.
- Presentation and meeting management skills, with a consultative nature.
- Fundamental knowledge in 2 or more areas among the following: Internet and Routing Protocols, Internet and Security technologies, Authentication and SAML/Identity Provider systems, Web-based security and network infrastructure solutions, and Traffic Forwarding and Policy-based Routing concepts.
- Experience with cloud security solutions and ability to drive value realization conversations.
- Strong understanding of cloud security technologies and ability to translate technical adoption gaps to clear actions for the customer.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
