Sales Licensing Specialist

Role Overview

This role is responsible for providing specialist software licensing advice to clients and supporting the sales process from proposal to close.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing and new clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  • Sales Support: Maintain an effective pre-sales engine, enabling the sales function to deliver high-quality proposals and presentations.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth software licensing advice to clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Administrative Support: Ensure efficient sales operations, including managing client communications, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling pre-sales content, including case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, to support the sales process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Microsoft licensing or a related technical sales support role.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with software licensing agreements and contracts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
