This position reports directly to the National Service Sales Manager. You will enhance the customer experience by identifying and developing business opportunities that align with client requirements across the Northern Territory. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with end-user accounts, ensuring the achievement of sales revenue and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders and advocates within the organization and externally.
  • Strategically plan and manage relationships at all levels within the account.
  • Ensure the maintenance of ongoing revenue streams and profit margins.
  • Prepare estimates, documentation, and proposals for service contracts.
  • Support after-market project estimates, proposals, and tender submissions; create presentations for senior management, consultants, and principal contractors.
  • Utilize existing relationships to coordinate and enhance sales efficiencies through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Oversee the complete sales process to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management.
  • Proficient in sales, negotiation, and presentation techniques.
  • Ability to analyze customer satisfaction metrics and implement corrective measures.
  • Strong understanding of contracting and tendering processes.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific statutory requirements and Australian Standards.
  • Exceptional skills in relationship building and rapport development (essential).
  • High-level technical expertise and comprehension.
