Strategic HR Partner for Northern Territory Growth

About the RoleThis role partners with the leadership team to align HR activities with operational needs, helping achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in HR management practices, offering expertise and guidance to ensure the business excels in performance and productivity.
Responsibilities- You will be an experienced HR generalist with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, as well as provide expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or ER/IR.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist at a senior level (min 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
