Electrical Leadership Opportunity

O'Shea Electrical is seeking a dynamic Electrical Manager to lead our growing team and drive quality across domestic and light commercial electrical projects.

About the Role

  • Lead and support our team of electricians and apprentices
  • Book jobs with efficiency and care
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to field staff
  • Oversee job quality and sign off on Certificates of Electrical Safety (COES)
  • Order materials, manage inventory, and work with suppliers
  • Ensure every project complies with relevant safety and industry standards
  • Act as key contact for escalated client concerns and deliver excellent service
  • Help drive continuous improvement and team development

What You Need

Essential qualifications include:

  • A-Grade Electrical Licence
  • Proven experience in senior or supervisory electrical role
  • Strong knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 and compliance requirements
  • Confident communicator and natural leader
  • Organised, reliable, and committed to high-quality outcomes
  • Experience with job management software is a plus
