We are seeking a seasoned professional to shape and evolve our social impact and community programs, driving measurable change in the communities where we operate.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and leading programs, with excellent project management skills and a strong understanding of social and environmental issues.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead social impact initiatives and partnerships that align with our strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including community organisations and NGOs.
  • Measure and report on social impact performance, using data to drive decision-making.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, sustainability, corporate social responsibility).
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in developing and leading programs (social impact or corporate social responsibility programs preferable).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate social impact initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both internal and external audiences.
