Our mission is to unleash the potential of impact-driven teams by empowering a community of passionate Atlassians, particularly through skilled volunteering. Our Engage 4 Good program has delivered projects for over 100 nonprofits and social enterprises and we empower our people to use their skills with organisations that they are passionate about. We have recently launched a hub for nonprofits on our website and we will be building on our efforts to better serve and support the non-profit and impact sectors with Atlassian products and practices.
- This role sits within the Atlassian Foundation, on a sub-team focused on empowering Atlassian employees to make an impact through volunteering opportunities.**Role Details**:
In this role, you'll leverage the best of Atlassian employees and products to help unleash the potential of impact-driven organizations. Specifically, you will support the program management of Atlassian's skilled-volunteering program for impact-driven organisations, and contribute to the development of Atlassian's online hub that enables social impact teams to leverage Atlassian products and practices to amplify their impact.

**Engage4Good**
**, Atlassian's flagship skills-based volunteering program**: In this role, you will support the skilled volunteering Program Manager to:

- Work with partner organizations to understand, scope, and match the needs of our partner organisations to the skills of our employees
- Find and encourage suitable Atlassian volunteers to join skilled volunteering projects
- Support skilled volunteering projects from kick-off to completion
- Coordinate events to bring Atlassians and impact partners together for training and celebrations
- Develop and share internal communications to increase participation in Foundation-led projects and enable Atlassians to self-organise skilled volunteering opportunities with causes they care about
- Document processes, lessons learned and outcomes to share back with the Foundation team and broader organisation

**Atlassian's online hub**
**for social impact teams**: In this role, you will support the skilled volunteering Program Manager and the Product Program Manager to:

- Find and encourage suitable Atlassian volunteers to develop content for nonprofit customers such as templates and training material
- Support the content development process from kick-off to completion
- Coordinate programs to support nonprofit customers

**On your first day, we'll expect you to have**:

- 3-5 years of tech sector experience is strongly preferred
- A deep understanding of roles in the technology sector and what is required to deliver projects (technical expertise is not required)
- Passionate about creating positive social and environmental impact and organisations driving change
- Demonstrated strong project management skills, with experience supporting complex projects
- Excellent time and task management skills; the flexibility to flourish with multiple assignments, and demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Enthusiasm and ability to encourage and empower others to give their time and expertise
- Willingness and grit to learn how to leverage technology for program coordination including Atlassian products Jira and Confluence
- A strong communicator, adept at building and maintaining trust-based and productive relationships with a wide range of individuals, including impact partners, and Atlassian employees
- Experienced in prioritising the needs and experiences of non-profits and impact-driven teams
- Able to GSD (Get Stuff Done) autonomously and with attention to detail
- Flexible, self-motivated, curious and courageous to try new things
- Experienced in engaging large numbers of employees and/or volunteers
- A problem solver; willing to adapt when necessary; comfortable with ambiguity, and empowered to "be the change you seek"
- Able to work with an eclectic mix of geographically dispersed stakeholders; willing to coordinate among different global time zones and be available for periodic early morning or late e
