**What you'll do**:

- Reporting to the Foundation Director, you'll work with highly engaged founders from the startup community, event organisers, and our 'Pledge 1% Builders' network
- You'll recruit, onboard and support Pledge 1% Community Leaders and run programmes to connect them with impact, Atlassian and each other.
- You will bring a "Get S#% Done" attitude to the role, and the ability to complete tasks to a high standard. Must-have qualities include an excellent ability to forward plan, join the dots and see the bigger picture
- You will cultivate a sense of trust, care, well-being, inclusiveness, and belonging within the Pledge 1% Community
- You will help plan Pledge 1% Events, following programme guidelines
- You will cultivate relationships and represent the voice of the Atlassian Foundation, and Pledge 1% in cross-departmental communications, sharing trends, pain points, and sentiments
- You will develop and share experiences from Atlassian and our partners that have a significant impact on the culture of giving in Asia Pacific region.
- You will co-design and experiment with ways to empower programme participants to increase their impact, prepare presentations and reports and plan or attend internal and external programme events
- Finally, you will engage and support the startup community and founders through online and in person platforms, one on ones and community events

**Your background**:

- Experience in project management, coordinator, or logistics roles, where you have evidenced program management skills and event organisation
- You can grow relationships with partners and lead executive interactions with internal and external teams.
- You're energised by building relationships with a diverse group of people and attending community-driven events
- You hold superior organisational skills, with the desire to positively impact of the team, while leading individual projects.
- You are someone that is flexible, and curious with a sense of humour. Problem solver; comfortable with ambiguity, and empowered to "be the change you seek".
- You are comfortable working with remote/hybrid teams and able to work with an eclectic mix of geographically dispersed partners; willing to coordinate among different global time zones
- Most importantly, you have a passion for making a difference and are excited to be a part of the implementation of the Foundation team's vision
