One of those goals is to turn startups into social impact force-multipliers who inspire each other at scale. As a Social Impact Specialist, you will help us build our network of founders looking to participate in social impact causes across the Asia Pacific region, and you will help grow the culture of giving in early stage companies. **What you'll do**: - Reporting to the Foundation Director, you'll work with highly engaged founders from the startup community, event organisers, and our 'Pledge 1% Builders' network - You'll recruit, onboard and support Pledge 1% Community Leaders and run programmes to connect them with impact, Atlassian and each other. - You will bring a "Get S#% Done" attitude to the role, and the ability to complete tasks to a high standard. Must-have qualities include an excellent ability to forward plan, join the dots and see the bigger picture - You will cultivate a sense of trust, care, well-being, inclusiveness, and belonging within the Pledge 1% Community - You will help plan Pledge 1% Events, following programme guidelines - You will cultivate relationships and represent the voice of the Atlassian Foundation, and Pledge 1% in cross-departmental communications, sharing trends, pain points, and sentiments - You will develop and share experiences from Atlassian and our partners that have a significant impact on the culture of giving in Asia Pacific region. - You will co-design and experiment with ways to empower programme participants to increase their impact, prepare presentations and reports and plan or attend internal and external programme events - Finally, you will engage and support the startup community and founders through online and in person platforms, one on ones and community events **Your background**: - Experience in project management, coordinator, or logistics roles, where you have evidenced program management skills and event organisation - You can grow relationships with partners and lead executive interactions with internal and external teams. - You're energised by building relationships with a diverse group of people and attending community-driven events - You hold superior organisational skills, with the desire to positively impact of the team, while leading individual projects. - You are someone that is flexible, and curious with a sense of humour.
