About the Role

We're looking for a social media expert with a passion for beauty, trends, and creating engaging content. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for crafting dynamic, compelling, and scroll-stopping content that drives our brand's social presence to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns
  • Keep our content fresh by identifying trends, audience insights, and creative opportunities
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality, social-first video content (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Tailor content to fit platform-specific trends while staying true to MCoBeauty's aesthetic
Requirements
  • Experience in social media content creation, management, and strategy, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms
  • Proficiency in video shooting & editing (CapCut expertise a plus)
  • Creative storytelling skills with an eye for visual aesthetics and engagement
