Our organization seeks a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to lead the development and execution of our organic social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the global organic social strategy across key platforms, aligning with business priorities and campaign activity.
  • Plan and manage the social content calendar in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Lead content ideation, briefing, production direction, and publishing — including video scripting, visual planning, and basic editing.
  • Translate editorial, campaign, and influencer content into optimized formats for each platform.
  • Oversee the rollout and repurposing of creative assets for multi-channel use.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to identify organic content for paid boosting and establish testing frameworks to optimize engagement and reach.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • You have 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content production, or digital marketing across lifestyle, retail, or design-driven brands.
  • You have deep experience managing multi-platform content calendars, with a flair for visual storytelling, video production, and editorial planning.
  • You understand platform culture and know how to create native content that resonates and drives engagement.
  • You're collaborative, organized, and adaptable — comfortable working across departments to deliver consistent and impactful content.
