We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Sydney.
- Be a go-to support for the team, jumping in on ad hoc projects, competitor research, and campaign reporting.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, plan and schedule posts that align with our tone of voice, attitude, personality, and brand behavior to meet our objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and measure campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns, including drafting agreements, briefs, setting up trackers, and organizing logistics of products to influencers.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Address social media inquiries, feedback, and crisis management in partnership with customer service.
- Partner with analytics and insights teams to refine targeting and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in managing influencer partnerships and campaign logistics.
- Execute collaborations with creators that align with our communications strategy (specifically influencer).
