Business Development Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to lead our expansion into the medical equipment market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and innovative sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry. They will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage a dynamic territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expand our customer base
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS AND FACILITIES
  • DELIVER PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS, IN-SERVICE TRAINING, AND CLINICAL SUPPORT TO CUSTOMERS
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to product development
Requirements:
  • Background in business, health sciences, or allied health
  • Proven success in medical device sales or healthcare business development
  • Strong understanding of aged care funding models, dealer networks, and clinical environments
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT SKILLS
  • Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic territory
  • CRM PROFICIENCY AND A RESULTS-DRIVEN MINDSET
