The Role & Responsibilities
  • Deliver innovative solutions as a Hospital Sales Representative in Haematology, promoting PBS-reimbursed therapies that support clinical needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and traveling across Western Australia and South Australia.

You will identify key customers (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescribing decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategy. Deliver meaningful customer engagements that support clinical decision-making and conduct value-based conversations.

Foster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists, coordinating initiatives and facilitating speaker meetings in line with compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Hospital / Speciality Sales Representative.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields is highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
