Public Relations Role

This is a key position within our organization that focuses on managing relationships with our clients. We are seeking an individual to oversee these connections and ensure they meet our expectations.

The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating various tasks including database updates, content development for social media activities, and event planning. They will work closely with the account director and senior account manager to achieve these goals.

  • Relationship Management: The primary responsibility of this role is to manage client relationships and ensure they align with our organization's objectives.
  • Database Maintenance: This includes updating databases to reflect changes in client information and ensuring accuracy.
  • Social Media Content Development: The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media channels, aligned with our marketing strategy.
  • Event Planning: This involves organizing events for our clients, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure their success.
Required Skills
  • Graduate degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing
  • At least two years' experience in an agency environment
  • Experience in travel, lifestyle, and food & drink accounts
  • Multitasking and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Management of social media accounts
