Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the growth of our high-value client portfolio in the general industrials and defence sectors.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual with a strong track record in managing complex banking relationships to join our team as a Senior Relationship Manager.

As a key member of our Major Client Group, you will be responsible for providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients, leveraging your expertise in business banking and commercial acumen to drive revenue growth.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to grow our high-value client portfolio in the general industrials and defence sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client decision-makers to understand their business needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge and stay up-to-date on market trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business banking or a related field, with a proven track record in managing complex client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic relationship building and solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow lending and its application in supporting business strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
