
Human Resources and Quality Leadership Position

About the Role
The Human Resources and Quality Leader is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance our organisation's human resources and quality management practices.
This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality community services through effective people management, continuous improvement, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
To be successful in this position you will require:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR and Quality management including employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, offboarding)
- Proven experience in risk, safety, and compliance management preferably within a community sector setting
- Experience in quality assurance systems, including policy development, audits and continuous improvement frameworks
- Exposure to external audit processes (e.g., accreditation, regulatory compliance).
